Use Slack for team visibility

The Slack integration is useful when your team wants call activity to show up in a shared workspace. It helps internal follow-up happen faster because the team can react inside the chat tool they already use all day.

  • Start the Slack connection from the Integrations page.
  • Approve access to the workspace you want Isabel connected to.
  • Return to Isabel and verify the connection status before relying on it.

Use Zapier for broad automation

Zapier is the fastest way to send call data into CRMs, spreadsheets, email tools, or other apps. Instead of building a custom integration, you connect Isabel inside Zapier and choose the destination workflows you want.

  1. Open the Zapier panel in Integrations.
  2. Use the connect button.
  3. Create a Zap with Isabel as the trigger.
  4. Map the fields you want to pass downstream, like summaries, caller details, or transcripts.

Good first automations

Popular first Zaps include sending a call summary to a CRM, logging calls to a spreadsheet, or notifying a team channel whenever a lead comes in.
