What appears in Call History

The Call History page is your operating view for recent conversations. Each row can show the date and time, duration, status, a short summary snippet, and recording access when an audio file is available.

  • Use the summary column for quick scanning.
  • Open recordings when you need to hear tone and phrasing.
  • Load older calls from the bottom of the table when you want more history.

How teams usually use this page

  • Review whether callers are asking questions Isabel cannot answer yet.
  • Spot repeated objections or frequently asked pricing questions.
  • Check whether the assistant is capturing the right follow-up details.
  • Listen to a few recent calls after major setup changes to confirm quality stayed high.

Strong maintenance habit

Once Isabel is live, review a handful of recent calls every week. The best improvements usually come from hearing how real callers phrase their questions.
