How to cancel
- Open Billing & Status in the dashboard.
- Use Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.
- Choose Cancel plan and confirm.
Access continues to the end of the cycle
Cancellation stops the next renewal but keeps access active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
Turn off call forwarding right after canceling
If your business line is still forwarded to Isabel after cancellation takes effect, callers will hit a number that is no longer staffed. Turn off forwarding on your carrier or device so callers go back to your normal phone.
- Unconditional forwarding: dial ##002# to clear all forwarding, or use your carrier's instructions.
- VoIP or business phone systems: revert the forwarding change in the provider's admin or app.
What happens to your number and data
- Your AI phone number stays on your account after cancellation so you can reactivate without reconfiguring everything.
- Call recordings and voicemails continue to age out on the regular retention schedule.
- If you want your data and number fully removed, email support to request full account deletion.
Coming back later
Reactivating is usually faster than starting from scratch. Sign in with the same email, start a new subscription, and confirm forwarding before relying on live calls again.
