What the Account & Settings page controls
Account & Settings is intentionally small. It is where you confirm the email tied to the account, trigger a password reset email, and choose the timezone Isabel should use for call logs and scheduling context.
- Review the sign-in email on file.
- Use Send Password Reset Email when you need to change the password.
- Set the business timezone so timestamps are easier for the team to read.
Why timezone matters
Timezone settings affect how call activity and appointment-related details are presented in the dashboard. If the wrong timezone is selected, the information may still be correct technically but harder for your team to trust at a glance.
Good default
Set the timezone to the primary operating timezone of the business, not the personal timezone of whoever created the account.
