Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new accounts include a 7-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. The free trial is your opportunity to fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

2. Subscription Charges

After your free trial ends, your subscription renews automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected). Because we provide a full trial period before any charge is made, subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

We strongly encourage you to cancel before your trial expires if the Service is not the right fit. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

3. Renewal Grace Period

If you are charged for a renewal and contact us within 48 hours of that charge, and you have not used the Service during the new billing period, we will review your request and may issue a credit or refund at our discretion. To request a review, please contact us through our support channels with your account email and the date of the charge.

This grace period is a goodwill measure and does not constitute a guaranteed right to a refund.

4. Usage-Based Charges

Telephony usage charges (e.g., call minutes, phone number provisioning) are incurred in real time and are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these costs are passed through from third-party providers (Twilio, Vapi) on your behalf.

5. Exceptions

We may issue refunds in the following situations, at our sole discretion:

  • A verified billing error caused by a technical fault on our end.
  • Duplicate charges on the same account within the same billing cycle.
  • Cases where applicable consumer protection law requires a refund.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current period. Your account will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
