Zapier triggers and searches for Isabel

Connect Isabel to thousands of apps in Zapier using the built-in triggers and searches.

Sign in with OAuth

The Isabel Zapier app uses OAuth. You click Connect in Zapier, approve access in a popup, and return to Zapier to finish building the Zap. There is no API key to copy or paste.

Triggers you can use

  • Call Started: fires when a new call begins. Includes caller phone and start time.
  • Call Completed: fires when a call ends. Includes status, ended reason, duration, transcript, and summary fields.
  • Appointment Scheduled: fires when Isabel books an appointment through a connected scheduler.
  • Caller Transferred: fires when a call is handed off to a live number.

Searches you can use inside a Zap

  • Find Recent Call: look up the latest call for the account.
  • Get Call Transcript: fetch the transcript for a specific call by ID.

Starter Zap ideas

  • Log every Completed Call as a row in Google Sheets.
  • Create a CRM contact whenever an Appointment Scheduled event fires.
  • Send a Slack direct message to the owner when a Caller Transferred event fires.
  • Push a full transcript into a Notion page a few minutes after Call Completed.
