When Acuity is the right fit
Acuity fits businesses that already run scheduling, intake, and confirmations through Acuity. Isabel books into Acuity appointment types so the rest of the workflow stays unchanged.
Connect and set a default appointment type
- Open Integrations and start the Acuity connection.
- Authorize in the Acuity window with the correct account.
- Select a default appointment type so Isabel knows which one to offer on a typical call.
- Preview the booking flow with a short test conversation.
Keep bookings in sync
- If you rename or retire appointment types in Acuity, revisit the integration to pick a fresh default.
- Changing availability rules in Acuity will change what Isabel offers callers on the next call.
- If something looks stuck, disconnect and reconnect to refresh the session.
