When Calendly is the right fit
Calendly is the best match when your business already uses scheduling links with defined event types, durations, and availability rules. Isabel inherits that logic instead of duplicating it.
Connect and pick an event type
- Open Integrations and start the Calendly connection.
- Approve access in the Calendly authorization window.
- Pick the event type Isabel should use when booking during calls.
- Return to the Agent page and confirm the connection status shows connected.
One event type at a time
Isabel uses one Calendly event type as the default booking flow. If you need to switch events seasonally, change the selected event type rather than connecting a second account.
If availability stops matching Calendly
- Confirm the event type is still active in Calendly.
- Check that buffers and minimum notice in Calendly have not changed recently.
- Disconnect and reconnect to refresh the sync if a time looks available in Calendly but not to Isabel.
