Connect Google Calendar when you want Isabel tied to an internal calendar
Google Calendar is useful when your team books directly against a real calendar. After connecting, you can choose the calendar Isabel should use and keep the booking context current.
- Open Integrations in the dashboard.
- Start the Google Calendar connection.
- Authorize access with the correct Google account.
- Choose the calendar Isabel should use for booking context.
Use Calendly or Acuity when booking is handled through a scheduling platform
Calendly and Acuity are best when your business already uses those tools for scheduling links, event types, and availability logic. Isabel can then guide callers using the same system the rest of the team relies on.
- Connect the account from the Integrations page.
- Complete the provider's authorization flow in the pop-up or redirect window.
- Return to Isabel and confirm the integration status shows connected.
- Run another preview so the assistant's booking language matches the connected tool.
Pick one scheduling source of truth
If your business already books through Calendly or Acuity, keep that tool as the primary workflow. Mixed scheduling systems create confusing answers for callers.
