Integrations

I don't see the integration I need

What to do when Isabel does not list the tool you use, and how Zapier covers the gap.

Zapier is the fastest fallback

Most tools that are not natively connected to Isabel are available in Zapier. That means a Zap can usually cover the gap today instead of waiting for a new native integration.

  • Check if the destination tool exists as a Zapier app.
  • If yes, build a Zap using an Isabel trigger and the destination tool's action.
  • Start simple: one trigger, one action. Add filters or branches later.

Requesting a native integration

If Zapier cannot cover the case you care about, request the integration. The more specific the request, the easier it is to prioritize.

  • Name the tool and the exact workflow you want automated.
  • Share which steps are blocking today that a native integration would remove.
  • Mention how often the workflow happens so the team can weigh impact.
