Learn what each major page does so you know where to train, test, launch, and manage Isabel.

The main setup flow

The main dashboard page walks you through four stages. Customize is where you feed Isabel your business context. Preview lets you talk to the assistant before launch. Payment activates the subscription. Go Live is where you finish forwarding calls to your AI number.

  • Customize: training sources, business details, voice, greeting, message capture, and notifications.
  • Preview: live browser testing and AI knowledge checks before launch.
  • Payment: trial and subscription checkout.
  • Go Live: phone provisioning status and call forwarding instructions.

Other pages you will use often

  • Agent Configuration for editing first message, role, hours, services, policies, and knowledge fields.
  • Integrations for Google Calendar, Calendly, Acuity, Slack, and Zapier.
  • Call History for summaries, recordings, and transcripts.
  • Billing & Status for Stripe access, subscription status, and phone provisioning details.
  • Account & Settings for timezone preferences and password reset links.

How to navigate without getting stuck

If you are not sure where to go, start from the main dashboard flow first. That keeps setup in the right order and prevents common problems like trying to go live before payment or testing before enough business information has been saved.

Good default habit

When you make a major change to training, voice, or scheduling, return to Preview and test again before making the assistant live.
