The Preview step lets you talk to Isabel directly in the browser before moving on to payment or forwarding real calls. This is the safest place to validate how Isabel sounds and what Isabel knows.
- Complete enough customization to save your business details and greeting.
- Move to the Preview step.
- Allow microphone access when the browser asks.
- Start a short test conversation.
What to test during the preview
- Ask about hours, services, location, and pricing.
- Listen for whether the greeting sounds natural.
- Check if message capture asks for the right fields.
- Confirm any scheduling language matches your actual workflow.
If something sounds off, go back to the customization or agent configuration pages, update the content, and run another short preview. Small edits usually make a big difference.
Use preview even if audit artifacts are still processing
Some setups also surface AI knowledge checks and transcripts around testing. If those artifacts are still processing or unavailable, you can still use the live preview to sanity-check the current assistant.

Change one thing, preview again, and compare. That makes it much easier to tell which edits improved the caller experience.
